A: Applying is a breeze! You can apply directly on our website. After completing the application and paying a $20 fee, we’ll review everything and provide an approval decision. Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
A: Yes, we do require renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 for personal liability. It's a great way to ensure peace of mind for both you and your neighbors!
